It's spring here in Montana. That means it's kitty weather. Hunter and Pika love rooting around in the yard and generally spending more time outside. Like the rest of us I guess.

Pika, being the runt of the litter that he was, has always had something of a "perma-kitty" quality about him. Even his meow is high-pitched and like a kittens. Except...When Pika gets stressed out his meow takes on a most mournful tone. Here he is on his recent annual visit and shots to the vet.Which by the way is just up the street so I had the little guy back home in less than 15 minutes.

My two cats, like most, have OCD about the bathroom. As you saw from an earlier post, Pika loves the tub. Hunter loves to drink from the faucet. He's launches onto the sink anytime I'm even remotely walking toward the bathroom. If he's in the garage or outside being stubborn when I want him in the house, all I have to do is slam the lid of the toilet against the back and he'll come running in.

Both Hunter and Pika love hanging out in the bathroom. Pika's deal has always been just sitting in the tub. I have these colored balls from when we first got the kitties but they never played with them. I feed Hunter & Pika Iams along with another prescription food from the vet called TD that is better for cleaning their teeth. No crappy, cheap cat food for my guys.
